Tyler PorterTyler joined Columbia Mortgage in 1996 as a Loan Consultant. After learning the ropes from his sister-in-law, he bought the company from her in 2003. In 2004, 2005 and 2006, Ty was honored by winning the Idaho Association of Mortgage Brokers Loan Officer of the Year award. Ty was raised in Twin Falls, Idaho and he graduated with a Bachelors degree from College of Idaho. Prior to joining Columbia Mortgage, he worked in many fields of construction and also as a professional whitewater rafting guide on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River. Ty still enjoys rafting in his spare time, along with golfing, fishing, traveling, playing basketball and spending time with his wife Jacqui, and 3 kids, Olivia, Jude and Camas. |

Grant PorterGrant joined Columbia Mortgage in 2003 as a Loan Consultant and became a Partner in 2007. Born and raised in Idaho, Grant graduated with a Bachelors degree from College of Idaho and moved to Boise in 1998. He managed Middle Fork Rapid Transit, a multi-day whitewater rafting company, from 1998 until he and his wife Kim purchased it in 2002. As a river guide turned business owner, Grant has had extensive experience in the service industry. In his spare time Grant enjoys traveling, skiing, biking, playing guitar, basketball, fishing, rafting and spending time with his wife Kim and son Bennett. The Idaho Association of Mortgage Brokers named Grant as Loan Officer of the Year in 2005 and 2006 and he was named as Honorable Mention in 2007. |

JJ AstorquiaJJ became part of the Columbia Mortgage team in January of 2005 after three years as a software consultant in Seattle, WA. JJ brings to Columbia Mortgage extensive project management experience and a constant focus on exceeding customer expectations. At the beginning of 2008 he became a Partner and the Director of Operations for the organization. Born and raised in Idaho, JJ attended the University of Oregon where he played Pac-10 golf and majored in mathematics. After a short professional golf career he moved on to run golf events including the Albertson's Boise Open. JJ is very much a people person and when not working spends his time having fun with wife Sara, family and friends. |

Kenna MoodyKenna started with Columbia Mortgage in 1995. With over 25 years in customer service and 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry she knows the importance of taking care of the customer and focuses on making sure all transaction details are handled for her clients. Kenna grew up in Southern Oregon and moved to Boise in 1982. In her spare time she enjoys mountain bike riding, playing volleyball and volunteering for a horse back riding program for kids with disabilities called Ride for Joy. In 2005 and 2006 the Idaho Association of Mortgage Brokers named Kenna Loan Officer of the Year. |

Robert SanchezRobert M. Sanchez joined Columbia Mortgage in 2004 part-time and full time in 2007. A native of Idaho and a proud graduate of Boise State University with a Bachelor Degree in Business, Robert got his start in Real Estate Finance in 1997. Robert is a seasoned Residential Real Estate Investor and owns, manages, and leases various properties in Idaho. Roberts’ tenacity to get the deal financed properly has made many first time buyers and first time investors’ real estate dreams a reality. In his spare time you can find Robert thinking of ways to make you a happy client all while enjoying the company of his wife Erika and the inspiration of their daughter Rosa Elianna. |

Brad ScheneBrad Joined Columbia Mortgage in March of 2008. He grew up in Hailey Idaho and moved back to Idaho after six years living and working in the mortgage industry in Santa Cruz, CA. He is a Registered Mortgage Advisor® with the IIARFC and has an extensive mortgage planning background. Brad focuses on designing custom loan programs for individuals to meet their unique real estate and financial goals. He is dedicated to continuing education, working with top financial professionals and constantly expanding his sphere of knowledge. In his spare time Brad enjoys river rafting, biking, snowboarding, backpacking, live music, and spending time with family and friends. |

Kristin Colfer PorterKristin grew up in Colorado and graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She began her career in the real estate industry in 1988 when she obtained her California Real Estate License. Two years later she joined a mortgage company and quickly became a top producer. In 1994 she moved to Boise and opened Columbia Mortgage Services. After nine record producing years, she sold the company and continues to be an active member of the Columbia Mortgage team as a Loan Consultant. She loves raising her young twin daughters, and enjoys running, hiking, swimming, skiing, cooking, yoga and traveling. |

Cheri SessionsCheri has been with Columbia Mortgage for over nine years. She has 20 years of Administrative Assistant experience in the high tech industry and YMCA organization. She has worked with physically and mentally challenged individuals for many years and she also worked as a substitute teacher. Cherri grew up in Minnesota and lived in Florida, Georgia, and Iowa prior to moving to Idaho. She has five children, four grandchildren and enjoys spending time with her family, reading and working on craft projects. |

Cheryl ScheuermanCheryl joined the Columbia Mortgage team in February 2008 with seven years of excellent customer service and four years office management experience in the real estate industry. She is proud to be part of a team whose goal in representing their clients is to ensure a completely successful transaction with total commitment to integrity, professionalism and service. Cheryl enjoys helping the environment and living a simple life by bicycling to work when her schedule permits.
